It is an open-ended investment company with variable capital incorporated on 1-Feb-2008 with limited liability under the laws of Ireland. It is authorised in Ireland as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations, 2003; (ii) Red Arc Global Investments (Luxembourg) SICAV, a UCITS compliant umbrella fund with segregated liability between sub-funds. It is an open-ended investment company with variable capital incorporated on 05-November-2013 with limited liability under the laws of Luxembourg.
