We set a €9.5 target price for Ayvens based on ~0.7x 2025 PB multiple.

We see the following risks to the achievement of our target price: 1) If used car prices collapses and 2) if Ayvens do not achieve the targeted synergies and cost reductions, both could materially impact profitability.
